Bion Healthcare – New Patient Process

At Bion Healthcare, our goal is for you to experience personalized medicine that addresses the root cause of your health concerns and moves you towards optimal living. Learn the steps in the New Patient process below.

STEP 1.

Complete the New Patient Registration form here. Once you submit the online form, you will be able to purchase and schedule your virtual visit.

After we’ve confirmed your New Patient appointment you’ll receive an email invitation to the patient portal

STEP 2.

Got to the patient portal, establish your patient profile, and complete any necessary forms.

STEP 3.

Visit the patient portal and attend the New Patient appointment. Your provider and you will cover your medical history, health goals, complications you’ve had reaching those goals, and preliminary thoughts on areas that need to be addressed. 

Following your appointment, your provider will determine the diagnostic labs required and submit to you an invoice for the cost of the labs. You can access and pay your invoice on the patient portal. The invoice must be paid in full before your provider will place your lab order with LabCorp. Your provider will email you a requisition form that you will take with you to get your labs drawn.

STEP 4.

Schedule an appointment at a LabCorp testing center near you and have your labs drawn. Your lab tests must be completed at least 7 days prior to your Case Review appointment

STEP 5.

Visit the patient portal and schedule your Case Review appointment.

STEP 6.

Visit the patient portal and attend your Case Review Appointment. During the telehealth appointment, your Bion Healthcare provider will discuss your laboratory results, provide a personalized treatment plan, and schedule a follow-up appointment.

STEP 7.

Begin treatment. Your Bion Healthcare provider will submit a treatment order with one of the online pharmacies we contract with or order the treatments for you. Go online, complete the order, and the treatments will be delivered directly to you!

STEP 8.

Visit the patient portal Attend your follow-up appointment (typically 90 days after your Case Review appointment.)
